Phone lines, online programs and apps can help with managing common mental health concerns. They don’t replace face-to-face therapy but they can be really useful if you are waiting to see a doctor or psychologist. Your GP or psychologist might also suggest a program that could work well for your situation, and check in with you about your progress.
