If you or someone else is in immediate danger call 000 or go to your nearest hospital emergency department.

You Got This Mate is an initiative of the Rural Adversity Mental Health Program (RAMHP), the flagship program of the Centre for Rural and Remote Mental Health (CRRMH), a research centre of the University of Newcastle (UON) and a registered Deductible Gift Recipient.

Donations received contribute to improving the mental, wellbeing and resilience of rural and remote communities by funding specific projects and services, employing rural people, and keeping the CRRMH operating.

You can choose to donate in support of specific projects or research, and we are happy to assist and support you in your fundraising efforts.

We are able to kindly accept donations through the University of Newcastle’s Make a Gift portal.

Once you have entered the online portal at that link, complete the donation form by choosing “Other Causes for Support“, then ‘Other‘ at the bottom of the drop-down menu.
At “What cause would you like to support” type in “Centre for Rural and Remote Mental Health” or “CRRMH”. If you would like to specifically donate to our RAMHP program, please type in “CRRMH-RAMHP” or to donate specifically to You Got This Mate, type in “Centre for Rural and Remote Mental Health – You Got This Mate” or “CRRMH – YGTM“.

If you experience problems using the form, or would like to follow up on your donation, please contact us on (02) 6363 8444 or email crrmh@newcastle.edu.au.

Thank you for your generous support.
